But soon the other trucks invade their corner of the city. Scoop gets decked out in an effort to keep Spunky's attentions, but, alas, lacks the horsepower and has a meltdown.
But Scoop is not defeated! He and his intrepid pal, come up with a perfect plan that will leave adults and children as satisfied as the tastiest ice cream cone ever!
